This course outlines the principles of Energy Efficient Design. The course is a blend of theory of Energy Efficient Design and workshops on the development of facility energy balances and the completion of an Analyse & Challenge phase of an EED process. Attendees will gain an appreciation of how to robustly challenge a design and will include a list of pertinent questions to ask during the EED process. Topics Include:

Development of a Project Execution Plan
Development of a Facility Energy Balance
Analyse and Challenge workshop
Project Execution Report
